Inpatient Surgical (RN) (Full Time or Part Time) (Days or Nights)

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care for post-surgical patients on a 68-bed inpatient surgical floor. Promote patient and family-centered care by educating individuals on illness management, home care needs, and medication administration. Develop and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum. Use critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.
