Job Summary
Conduct Inpatient surgical Med-Surg care on a 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM day shift with every other weekend rotation and low census on-call. Provide 12-hour shifts four times weekly while floating to Ortho, Neuro, Oncology, Acute Care, and JFW units. Maintain strict 75-mile radius residency and hold a Georgia or compact license with NIHSS and BLS certifications. Submit to this travel assignment with 24 months of Med-Surg experience, including 12 months in the last 36 months, and complete required pre-employment modules.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years)
- 3 months of travel experience
- Georgia license or compact license
- COVID vaccination
- 12 months gap between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Phoebe Putney
- no current placement at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Phoebe Putney
- ASLS or NIHSS
- Driver's license
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
