Inpatient Surgical Clinical Nurse - Part Time - Nights

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within the Inpatient Surgical unit. Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration while promoting patient safety and regulatory compliance. Develop and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum of care. Utilize critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, including cultural and spiritual preferences. Provide direct patient care activities in a Magnet-recognized environment serving medical, surgical, and critical care populations.
