Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation within standards of nursing care; promotes patient and family centered care; develops and documents individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team; supports patient safety and regulatory compliance; participates in professional development and education; operates within the BJC RN Career Ladder and maintains nursing excellence across the Memorial Belleville campus.
