Job Summary
Inpatient Staff Pharmacist under the general supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, responsible for professional functions in an institutional setting per Vermont Board of Pharmacy Rules and Regulations. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Vermont Pharmacy License, and relevant experience in inpatient/institutional pharmacy; 3 years inpatient experience preferred and 1 year experience required. Key duties include ensuring compliance with regulatory rules and performing standard pharmacy practices within a hospital/acute-care environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy
- Vermont Pharmacy License
- One year pharmacy experience required
- Eligible for Vermont Board of Pharmacy Rules and Regulations
- Computer and data entry skills
- Oral and written communication
- 3 years inpatient pharmacist experience (preferred)
- Inpatient/institutional pharmacy experience
