Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing while consulting, educating, and training patients, families, and caregivers. Collaborate with care teams and stakeholders to deliver quality, patient-centered care, ensuring compliance with system and regulatory requirements for documentation and billing. Participate in patient care conferences, interdisciplinary meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives under the Intermountain Operating Model. Mentor students and new hires, promote continuing education, and meet established productivity standards. Requires a Master's degree, current licensure, and ASHA CCC preference. Located at St. Marys Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado, with 30 weekly hours.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice
