Inpatient Speech Language Pathologist

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing while consulting with patients, families, and caregivers. Collaborate with care teams to deliver patient-centered services using evidence-based practices and standard of care. Participate in patient care conferences, interdisciplinary meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Intermountain Operating Model. Mentor students and new hires while maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Adhere to system regulatory requirements for documentation, billing, and working hours.
