Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing while consulting with patients, families, and caregivers. Deliver quality, patient-centered care through skilled clinical services utilizing evidence-based practices and appropriate service intensity. Collaborate with care teams and stakeholders, participate in interdisciplinary meetings, and mentor students and new hires. Comply with regulatory documentation and billing requirements while maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and continuing education to meet licensure standards.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice
Desired Qualifications
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) Preferred
