Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing while consulting, educating, and training patients, families, and caregivers. Collaborate with care teams and stakeholders to deliver quality, patient-centered care, adhering to system and regulatory requirements for documentation, billing, and working hours. Maintain effective communication with peers and participate in mentoring students, patient care conferences, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Intermountain Operating Model. Meet established productivity standards and pursue continuing education to maintain licensure and clinical competence.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice

- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) Preferred
