Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing while consulting with patients, families, and caregivers. Deliver quality, patient-centered care by collaborating with care teams and stakeholders, adhering to system and regulatory requirements for documentation and billing. Participate in patient care conferences, interdisciplinary meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Intermountain Operating Model. Mentor students and new hires while promoting continuing education opportunities and abiding by service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice
Desired Qualifications
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) Preferred
