Job Summary

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing while consulting with patients, families, and caregivers. Collaborate with care teams and stakeholders to deliver patient-centered care, ensuring compliance with system regulatory requirements and documentation standards. Participate in patient care conferences, interdisciplinary meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Intermountain Operating Model. Mentors students and new hires, promotes continuing education, and meets established productivity standards. Requires a Master's degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology, current licensure, and ASHA CCC preferred. Located at St. Marys Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado, with 30 weekly hours.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
  • Current licensure in state of practice

Desired Qualifications

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) Preferred
