Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing for patients. Consult, educate, and train patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with care teams to deliver quality, patient-centered services. Provide skilled clinical services using evidence-based practices, maintain regulatory compliance for documentation and billing, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings and continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor students and new hires, promote continuing education, and meet established productivity standards. Requires a Master's degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology, current licensure, and ASHA CCC preferred. Located at St. Marys Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado, with 30 scheduled weekly hours.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice
