Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing while consulting with patients, families, and caregivers. Deliver quality, patient-centered care by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, participating in interdisciplinary meetings, and mentoring students and new hires. Maintain effective communication relationships and adhere to system regulatory requirements for documentation, billing, and working hours. Meet established productivity standards and promote continuing education opportunities for self and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice
Desired Qualifications
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) Preferred
