Inpatient Speech Language Pathologist

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing using evidence-based practices and appropriate service intensity. Consult, educate, and train patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with care teams to deliver patient-centered care. Comply with system and regulatory requirements for documentation, billing, and working hours. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, patient care conferences, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Intermountain Operating Model. Mentor students and new hires while promoting continuing education opportunities for self and staff. Maintain effective communication with peers, patients, and stakeholders across internal and external groups.
