Job Summary

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing while consulting, educating, and training patients, families, and caregivers. Collaborate with care teams and stakeholders to deliver quality, patient-centered care, adhering to system and regulatory guidelines for documentation, billing, and working hours. Maintain effective communication with peers, patients, and external stakeholders while participating in mentoring, supervision of students, and interdisciplinary meetings. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, meet productivity standards, and pursue continuing education to maintain licensure and clinical competence.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
  • Current licensure in state of practice

Desired Qualifications

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC)
