Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing while consulting with patients, families, and caregivers. Collaborate with care teams to deliver patient-centered services, maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide skilled clinical services using evidence-based practices, mentor students and new hires, and promote continuing education opportunities. Adhere to system regulatory requirements for documentation and billing while meeting established productivity standards.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice
