Job Summary

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing using evidence-based practices. Consult, educate, and train patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with care teams to deliver quality, patient-centered care. Comply with system and regulatory requirements for documentation, billing, and working hours. Participate in patient care conferences, interdisciplinary meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Intermountain Operating Model. Mentor and supervise students and new hires while promoting the organization's mission and values. Maintain effective communication with peers, patients, and stakeholders across internal and external groups.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
  • Current licensure in state of practice

Desired Qualifications

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) Preferred
