Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing while consulting, educating, and training patients, families, and caregivers. Collaborate with care teams and stakeholders to deliver patient-centered care, participate in interdisciplinary meetings, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Intermountain Operating Model. Mentor students and new hires while maintaining effective relationships with peers and external stakeholders. Adhere to system regulatory requirements for documentation, billing, and working hours, and meet established productivity standards. Requires a Master's degree, current licensure, and ASHA CCC preference. Located at St. Marys Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado, with a 30-hour weekly schedule and an hourly range of $43.09 to $66.47.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice
