Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing while consulting with patients, families, and caregivers. Collaborate with care teams to deliver patient-centered services, participate in interdisciplinary meetings, and mentor students and new hires. Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, comply with regulatory documentation and billing requirements, and meet established productivity standards. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and continuing education to uphold the Intermountain Operating Model. This role supports the Intermountain Health mission at St. Marys Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice

- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC)
