Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing for patients, families, and caregivers. Collaborate with care teams and stakeholders to deliver quality, patient-centered care while consulting and educating on clinical needs. Provide skilled clinical services using evidence-based practices, participate in patient care conferences and interdisciplinary meetings, and mentor students and new hires. Comply with system regulatory requirements for documentation, billing, and working hours, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Intermountain Operating Model. Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders while promoting the organization's mission and values.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice
Desired Qualifications
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) Preferred
