Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing using evidence-based practices. Consult, educate, and train patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with care teams to deliver patient-centered services. Maintain effective communication with peers and stakeholders, participate in interdisciplinary meetings and continuous improvement initiatives, and mentor students and new hires. Comply with system regulatory requirements for documentation, billing, and working hours, and meet established productivity standards. Requires a Master's degree, current licensure, and ASHA CCC preference. Located at St. Marys Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice
