Job Summary

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing while consulting with patients, families, and caregivers. Deliver skilled clinical services using evidence-based practices and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality, patient-centered care. Comply with system regulatory requirements for documentation, billing, and working hours while maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Participate in mentoring new hires, patient care conferences, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the Intermountain Operating Model. Maintain licensure in the state of practice and pursue continuing education opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
  • Current licensure in state of practice

Desired Qualifications

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC)
