Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing. Consult, educate, and train patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with care teams to deliver patient-centered services. Provide skilled clinical services utilizing evidence-based practices and participate in patient care conferences, interdisciplinary meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor students and new hires, promote continuing education, and maintain effective communication with peers and stakeholders. Adhere to system regulatory requirements for documentation and billing, meet productivity standards, and comply with Intermountain Health mission and values.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice

- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC)
