Job Summary

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing while consulting, educating, and training patients, families, and caregivers. Collaborate with care teams and stakeholders to deliver quality, patient-centered care and participate in patient care conferences and interdisciplinary meetings. Provide skilled clinical services utilizing evidence-based practices and maintain effective relationships with peers and internal and external stakeholders. Mentor and supervise students and new hires while promoting continuing education opportunities for self and staff. Comply with system and regulatory requirements for documentation, billing, and working hours, and meet established productivity standards. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives as part of the Intermountain Operating Model.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
  • Current licensure in state of practice

Desired Qualifications

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) Preferred
