Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing while consulting with patients, families, and caregivers. Provide skilled clinical services using evidence-based practices and collaborate with care teams to deliver patient-centered care. Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, participate in interdisciplinary meetings, and mentor students and new hires. Comply with system regulatory requirements for documentation, billing, and working hours while meeting established productivity standards. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and continuing education to maintain licensure and professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice

- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) Preferred
