Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing while consulting with patients, families, and caregivers. Collaborate with care teams and stakeholders to deliver quality, patient-centered care, adhering to system and regulatory requirements for documentation and billing. Participate in patient care conferences, interdisciplinary meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Intermountain Operating Model. Mentor students and new hires while promoting continuing education opportunities for self and staff. Maintain effective communication with peers and stakeholders, meeting established productivity standards for the department.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice

- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC)
