Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing. Provide skilled clinical services utilizing evidence-based practices while consulting, educating, and training patients, families, and caregivers. Collaborate with care teams and stakeholders to deliver quality, patient-centered care and participate in interdisciplinary meetings, staff meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor students and new hires, promote continuing education, and comply with system regulatory requirements for documentation and billing. Maintain effective communication with peers and stakeholders while meeting established productivity standards.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice

- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC)
