Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing while consulting with patients, families, and caregivers. Deliver quality, patient-centered care by collaborating with care teams and stakeholders, maintaining effective communication with peers and internal and external stakeholders. Provide skilled clinical services using evidence-based practices, participate in patient care conferences and interdisciplinary meetings, and mentor students and new hires. Comply with system and regulatory requirements for documentation, billing, and working hours while meeting established productivity standards. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and promote continuing education opportunities for self and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice

- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC)
