Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing while consulting with patients, families, and caregivers. Deliver quality, patient-centered care through skilled clinical services utilizing evidence-based practices and appropriate service goals. Collaborate with care teams, participate in interdisciplinary meetings, and mentor students and new hires. Comply with system regulatory requirements for documentation, billing, and working hours while maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Meet established productivity standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Intermountain Operating Model.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice

- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC)
