Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing while consulting, educating, and training patients, families, and caregivers. Collaborate with care teams and stakeholders to deliver patient-centered care, utilizing evidence-based practices with appropriate goals, duration, and intensity of service. Comply with system and regulatory requirements for documentation, billing, and working hours, while maintaining effective relationships with peers and internal and external stakeholders. Participate in mentoring new hires, interdisciplinary meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Intermountain Operating Model. Located at St. Marys Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado, this role requires a Master's degree, current licensure, and adherence to productivity standards.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice

- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) Preferred
