Inpatient Speech Language Pathologist

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing while consulting, educating, and training patients, families, and caregivers. Collaborate with care teams and stakeholders to deliver quality, patient-centered care using evidence-based practices and appropriate service intensity. Comply with system and regulatory requirements for documentation, billing, and working hours while maintaining effective relationships with peers and internal and external stakeholders. Participate in mentoring, supervision of students and new hires, and interdisciplinary meetings as part of the Intermountain Operating Model. Meet established productivity standards and promote continuing education opportunities for self and staff.
