Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing. Provide skilled clinical services using evidence-based practices, collaborate with care teams to deliver patient-centered care, and consult with patients, families, and caregivers. Participate in patient care conferences, interdisciplinary meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives while mentoring students and new hires. Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and adhere to system regulatory requirements for documentation and billing.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice
Desired Qualifications
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) Preferred
