Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing while consulting with patients, families, and caregivers. Provide skilled clinical services utilizing evidence-based practices and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care. Comply with regulatory documentation and billing requirements, participate in patient care conferences and continuous improvement initiatives, and mentor students and new hires. Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders while meeting established productivity standards. Requires a Master's degree, current licensure, and ASHA CCC preference. Located at St. Marys Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado, with 30 scheduled weekly hours.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice
