Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing while consulting with patients, families, and caregivers. Collaborate with care teams to deliver patient-centered services, ensuring compliance with system guidelines for documentation, billing, and working hours. Maintain effective relationships with peers and stakeholders, participate in interdisciplinary meetings and continuous improvement initiatives, and mentor students and new hires. Meet established productivity standards and pursue continuing education to maintain licensure and clinical competence.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice
