Job Summary
Conduct inpatient emergency nursing care at UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL, with PRN FTE and varying shift schedules. Provide patient management requiring current RN licensure in Illinois, two years of nursing experience, and Basic Life Support/CPR certification. Maintain SANE certification through completion of the Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner Education Program and state certificate, with a requirement to become fully SANE certified within five years. Earn shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend work alongside on-call pay and overtime opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an approved school of nursing program
- Successful completion of Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner Education Program and Certificate of Completion from the State of Illinois
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained
- 2 years of nursing experience
- Current RN licensure to practice in the State of IL
- Basic Life Support/CPR Certification
- Certification of completion of SANE training from the State of Illinois
- Become SANE certified within 5 years (SANE-A and SANE-P)
