Inpatient RN (Days)

Inpatient RN (Days) at a new community hospital in Farmington, NM, providing direct patient care for adult to geriatric patients on day shift. Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, evaluating patient responses, conducting thorough assessments, managing pain, monitoring cardiac/hemodynamic status and dysrhythmias, accurate documentation and medication administration, patient education and discharge planning, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Requires RN licensure with BLS; ACLS required (PALS preferred). Telemetry/ICU experience is preferred. BSN preferred; graduate of an accredited nursing program. 12-hour shifts with weekends and holidays. Opportunities for clinical leadership and cross-training.
