Inpatient RN

Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, and spiritual conditions to determine and revise plans of care, providing palliative nursing support. Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments of patients and families to evaluate end-of-life needs, while administering prescribed medications and treatments. Manage multiple patients with acute symptoms by coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, supervising CNAs, and communicating physician orders. Document clinical notes, pain management changes, and significant interactions, then participate in follow-ups with bereaved families and discharge coordination. Ensure a safe, infection-controlled environment while instructing caregivers on end-of-life care and follow-up protocols.
