Job Summary
The Inpatient Rehabilitation Services Supervisor manages direct patient care and operational workflows while supporting clinical teams within Rehab Services. Responsibilities include fostering effective staff relationships, ensuring compliance with regulations, developing clinician skills, and participating in hiring and performance evaluations. Leadership skills, the ability to manage projects and resources, and knowledge of medical terminology are essential to the role. A Bachelor’s degree and four years of related experience are required, with a preference for supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university; Master’s preferred
- Four (4) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience
Desired Qualifications
- Supervisory or management experience in Rehabilitation Services
- Experience with operational workflows and clinical team support
