Inpatient Rehabilitation RN

Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, communicate effectively with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care, and serve as a resource for fellow staff while supporting patients’ recovery milestones. This RN role focuses on individualized, compassionate care for rehabilitation patients using specialized skills and collaboration to drive positive outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
