Job Summary
Inpatient Rehabilitation RN accountable for supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, tailoring individualized care plans, and addressing patient and family needs to facilitate recovery. Collaborates with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care and provides direct patient care when needed, while serving as a resource for fellow staff and celebrating patient milestones. The role emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based rehabilitation nursing and engagement with patients using advanced technology to support recovery.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- ACLS preferred
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
