Job Summary
Provide individualized rehabilitation-focused nursing care: supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to facilitate recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care, and support fellow staff in addressing complex patient needs. Emphasize compassionate, evidence-based nursing within a technologically equipped rehabilitation environment and celebrate patient milestones.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
