Inpatient Rehabilitation RN

Inpatient Rehabilitation RN: Provide direct patient care and oversee care and treatments for rehabilitation patients. Lead patient assessments, tailor individualized care plans, and address patient concerns to facilitate recovery. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care and serve as a resource for staff, supporting complex patient needs. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, celebrate recoveries, and contribute to a patient-centered rehabilitation program. Qualifications include valid RN licensure as required by state regulations; CPR certification (ACLS preferred) and CRRN preferred; one year of rehabilitation hospital experience preferred.
