Job Summary
Registered Nurse in the Inpatient Rehab Unit (Per Diem, Part Time) providing inpatient care to adults recovering from injuries, surgery, or chronic conditions. Develop and implement individualized care plans with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Administer medications, IV therapy, and pain management; monitor for complications and emergencies. Assist with mobility, transfers, and ADLs to promote functional independence. Minimum qualifications: graduation from an accredited nursing school, valid CT RN license, and BLS/CPR certification. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing; ideal candidate has 2+ years of rehab/ortho/med-surg experience in an acute inpatient setting. Shift: Rotating. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school
- Valid RN license in Connecticut
- BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
