Job Summary
Join a specialized 10 bed inpatient rehabilitation unit, providing patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care to individuals recovering from stroke, orthopedic procedures, neurological conditions, and other life-altering trauma. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process to assess patients, developing care plans in collaboration with an interprofessional team, demonstrating clinical expertise, and managing patient care in crises. The role requires strong communication and collaboration skills to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction, along with a commitment to professional growth and quality improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Current Wisconsin RN Licensure
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS)
- BSN Completion required within five (5) years of hire for non-BSN nurses with less than one (1) year of experience
