Job Summary
Inpatient Rehab RN providing patient-centered care across multiple units and specialties within the hospital. Responsibilities include coordinating and delivering care based on the nursing process, administering medications, assisting physicians during procedures, educating patients and families, maintaining infection control, operating life-support and monitoring equipment, and participating in QA initiatives and performance-improvement activities. Roles span across Critical Care, Emergency, OR, Cardiac, Endoscopy, Obstetrics, Oncology, Orthopedics, PACU, NICU, Telemetry, Dialysis, and Cath Lab, with emphasis on collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required
- BCLS - Basic Life Support required
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation preferred
