Job Summary
Occupational Therapist assesses, plans, and implements rehabilitative programs to improve activities of daily living, functional mobility, cognition, strength, coordination, and range of motion in patients; collaborates with physicians to establish and adjust treatment plans, educates patients and families, documents evaluations and plans of care, provides discharge planning and referrals, and adheres to ethical and regulatory standards within inpatient rehab at Wellstar.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Occupational Therapy or Masters Occupational Therapy
- OT - Occupational Therapist
- BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
