Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) - Afterhours

Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, including vital signs and physical exams, while administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on patient needs, monitoring status and documenting changes in condition, pain, and response to treatments. Provide patient and family education on disease management and self-care techniques, assisting with activities of daily living to promote comfort and independence. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care, participate in daily rounds and conferences, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record and engage in quality improvement initiatives. Requires full-time weekday hours from 7pm to 7am with a 7-day on/7-day off schedule.
