Inpatient Registered Nurse (PCU/Step-Down)

Provide proficient, age-specific nursing care for a higher-acuity patient population in a fast-paced micro-hospital environment, managing critical drips, cardiac rhythms, and respiratory support. Support short-term stabilization of ventilated patients awaiting transfer while performing admissions, discharges, and transfers. Collect laboratory samples adhering to CLIA regulations and maintain strict infection control and aseptic techniques. Assist with diagnostic and treatment procedures, document quality assessment activities, and attend required staff meetings. Requires 2+ years of RN experience in Telemetry/ICU, current BLS and ACLS certifications, and weekend/holiday rotation availability. Located at ChristianaCare Hospital, West Grove.
