Inpatient Registered Nurse (PCU/Step-Down)

Provide proficient, age-specific nursing care to critically ill patients in a 20-bed micro-hospital, managing higher-acuity populations including ventilated patients awaiting transfer. Perform admission, discharge, and transfer procedures while administering critical drips, recognizing cardiac rhythms, and providing respiratory support. Collect laboratory samples adhering to CLIA regulations and maintain infection control protocols. Support short-term stabilization through collaboration via Teams and Telemedicine platforms. Schedule includes full-time nights (7pm-7am) with weekend coverage and holiday rotation.
