Inpatient Psychiatry Medical Director

Lead the inpatient behavioral health unit as Medical Director, overseeing acute stabilization for patients with a broad range of psychiatric conditions and emphasizing trauma-informed, least-restrictive care. Conduct weekly case staffing sessions with community partners to leverage local resources and support successful discharge transitions. Manage a 20-bed facility serving an average of 12 patients daily, with plans to expand capacity to include adolescent beds by late 2027. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatric nurse practitioners, RNs, and social workers to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
